Huawei Mobile Services [HUAWEI AppGallery Gift Festival 5 – Summer Play] is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong (hereafter “Huawei Services HK and/or Huawei”).

Duration: [HUAWEI AppGallery Gift Festival 5 – Summer Play] campaign period is from 00:00 June 15th to 23:55 June   28th, 2020 local time

Rewarding:

Each user Get up to 50% cash back as Huawei Points for 70 transactions throughout the campaign.

 

This Campaign is open for all Huawei ID users who participate in Iraq. The above rewarding is according to the following rules:

1.       Only applicable for Purchases made via selected Games that are downloaded from HUAWEI AppGallery.

2.       Only applicable for HUAWEI AppGallery users in the specified countries earlier.

3.       Device should have HMS Core 4.0.4 or higher in order to participate and enjoy our promotions.

4.       Multiple HUAWEI IDs on one device will prevent you from enjoying our promotions and offers.

5.       Only Applicable for Purchases that are done via Bank Cards and DCB Payment

6.       Bonus amount you received based on amount you spend in 1 transaction.

7.       Any purchase done using Huawei Points will not qualify for this promotion.

8.       No refund, dispute or reclaim on any payments

9.       Normal Ts&Cs apply.

How to enter: 

1.         Open HUAWEI AppGallery on Your Huawei device.

2.         Make sure that your Huawei ID is registered in the identified countries specified earlier.

3.         Make sure you are using latest HMS core version (4.0.4) or higher to join this campaign, If not please update the version.

4.         Download your favorite Game from the featured games from HUAWEI AppGallery.

5.         You will get up to 50% bonus maximum in 70 transactions in campaign time of 2 weeks.

6.         Claim bonus as Huawei Points on the “Payment result” page.

7.         You will receive Bonus amount in your Huawei Points account center.

Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

How to View & Use your Bonus Points Prize:

Open HUAWEI AppGallery and go to ‘me (at the bottom right) > your Huawei ID (on top) > Huawei Points (under your Huawei ID) > claim > claim Huawei Points’. Now you can go and enjoy spending this money in any HUAWEI AppGallery Game of your choice.

 

Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Iraq

Employees of Huawei Services HK or Huawei group, their immediate families, Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

Winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of Huawei Services HK.

Huawei Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the Campaign.

This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
