Huawei Mobile Services [HUAWEI AppGallery Gifts Festival Season III] is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong (hereafter “Huawei Services HK and/or Huawei”).

Duration: [HUAWEI AppGallery Gift Festival 4 – Ramadan Kareem] campaign period is from 00:00 April 24th to 23:55 May 23rd, 2020 (GMT+08:00)

  1. 24th of April 19:00 till 23rd of May 18:55 Mecca Time.
  2. 24th of April 18:00 till 23rd of May 17:55 Egypt time

Rewarding

  1. Each user Get up to 100% cash back as Huawei Points with a maximum limit of $200 per day.
  2. Only 2 transactions is qualified for 100% cash back in a day.
  3. Each transaction has a minimum of $5 minimum and $100 maximum.
  4. Refresh time of the daily transaction is 01:00 Beijing Time, 20:00 Mecca time and 19:00 Egypt time.

This Campaign is open for all Huawei ID users who participate in UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Morocco and Iraq. The above rewarding is according to the following rules:

  1. Only applicable for Purchases made via the Games and Apps that are downloaded from HUAWEI AppGallery.
  2. Only applicable for HUAWEI AppGallery users in the specified countries earlier.
  3. Only applicable for 2 transactions daily of minimum $5 and maximum of $100 per transaction.
  4. Only Applicable for Purchases that are done via Bank Cards and DCB Payment
  5. Bonus amount you received based on amount you spend in 1 transaction.
  6. Any purchase done using Huawei Points will not qualify for this promotion.
  7. No refund, dispute or reclaim on any payments
  8. Normal Ts&Cs apply.

How to enter:

  1. Open HUAWEI AppGallery on Your Huawei device.
  2. Make sure that your Huawei ID is registered in the identified countries specified earlier.
  3. Make sure you are using latest Huawei Mobile Service version (4.0.1.301) to join this campaign, If not please update the version.
  4. Download your favorite Apps and Games from HUAWEI AppGallery.
  5. Spending any amount in the Apps and Games with more than $5.
  6. You will get up to $200 bonus maximum in 2 transactions in a day
  7. Claim bonus as Huawei Points on the “Payment result” page.
  8. You will receive Bonus amount in your Huawei Points account center.

Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

How to View & Use your Bonus Points Prize

Open HUAWEI AppGallery and go to ‘me (at the bottom right) > your Huawei ID (on top) > Huawei Points (under your Huawei ID) > claim > claim Huawei Points’. Now you can go and enjoy spending this money in any HUAWEI AppGallery Game of your choice.

Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of UAE, KSA, QATAR, Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, Morocco and Iraq.

Employees of Huawei Services HK or Huawei group, their immediate families, Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

Void where prohibited.

Winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of Huawei Services HK.

Huawei Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) and to the extent that any personal data is provided, it shall only be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the winner has been contacted.

This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Huawei Services HK reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at Campaign landing page. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall Huawei Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the Campaign.
