What if I don’t get my cashback?

I can’t seem to find the promotions or offers people are talking about, WHY?

How many times I can avail the offer?
Only one device with one Huawei ID can participate in the campaign and no more than a total of 50 transactions. Multiple HUAWEI IDs on one device will prevent you from enjoying our promotions and offers.

Do my Huawei points expire? How can I know when they will expire?
Yes Huawei points have a validity period and expiry time, check your Huawei Wallet for details.
You Must Claim your Cashback Huawei Points to your account within 5 days Maximum otherwise it will be expired.
I’ve purchased from the game using AppGallery and the points/money deducting but haven’t received my package inside the game?
In case of deducting the amount or points from your account while not receiving the package inside the game or application, please contact the game or application developer as this matter is out of will and responsibility of the Huawei AppGallery
Can I refund, dispute or reclaim my payments?
Any successful payment will not be disputed, refunded nor reclaimed.
