HUAWEI Mobile Services [AppGallery Farm] is arranged and sponsored by HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong (hereafter “HUAWEI Services HK and/or HUAWEI”).

The Campaign is inclusive of 3 sub-categories, namely Game 1 – Get Your Daily Seeds, Game 2 – Water Your Plants and Game 3- AppGallery Harvest.
Duration: [AppGallery Farm] campaign period is from 00:01AM October 1st to October 31st 2020, 11:59PM (UTC+8). 

Prizes: 
50 PHP HUAWEI Coupons (Minimum Spend of 200 PHP)
100 PHP HUAWEI Coupons (Minimum Spend of 400 PHP)

This Campaign is open for all HUAWEI ID users who participate in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong(China), Macau(China), Bangladesh, Myanmar and Cambodia. The above prizes will be awarded to the users according to the following mechanics:  

HOW TO ENTER:
Game 1 – Get Your Daily Seeds
1. Register a HUAWEI ID and login in HUAWEI AppGallery. 
2. Downloaded 5 apps listed in “AppGallery Farm” event page in AppGallery are entitled to ONE (1) chance to Claim 50 PHP HUAWEI Coupons.
3. Limited to 1000 participants on a first-come, first-Served daily basis.
4. The 50 PHP HUAWEI Coupons can only be used when make HUAWEI In-App purchase over 200 PHP.

Game 2 – Water Your Plants
1. Making HUAWEI In-App-Purchases in selected app or game during the Campaign Period. 
2. Pay a minimum of 5 PHP and click the "Claim" button above to get the 100 PHP HUAWEI Coupons
3. Make In-App-Purchases on selected games (listed on the Campaign page) via Bank Card (Debit Card/Credit Card/FPX) and/or Direct Carrier Billing. You may select HUAWEI Coupons at the same time.
4. User can claim max. 5 HUAWEI Coupons within the campaign period.
5. The 100 PHP HUAWEI Coupons can only be used when make HUAWEI In-App purchase over 400 PHP.

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. 
Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong(China), Macau(China), Bangladesh, Myanmar and Cambodia ONLY.

Employees of HUAWEI Services HK or HUAWEI group, their immediate families, HUAWEI’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest. 

Winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of HUAWEI Services HK. 

HUAWEI Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 1 year after the Campaign.

This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. HUAWEI Services HK reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at https://www.facebook.com/HUAWEIMobileServicesAPAC/. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall HUAWEI Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the Campaign.

Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by HUAWEI Services HK.
