1. Introduction:

" AppGallery Festival 3.0: 21 days into 2021" ("Campaign") is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited ("Huawei Services HK" or Huawei), a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong. This Campaign is open for all Huawei ID users registered in Philippines.

Eligible users who performed app downloads on HUAWEI AppGallery (“AppGallery Downloads”) and HUAWEI In-App-Purchases ("HUAWEI IAP") from 21st December 2020, 00:00h (UTC+8) to 10th Jan 2021, 23:59h (UTC+8) ("Campaign Period") will be entitled to 10 points and 50 points respectively. Within the campaign period from 21st December 2020 to 10th Jan 2021, eligible users can accumulate their points to unlock each zone, exchange their points for items or discount coupons in the Prize Redemption Store, and also qualify to get a HUAWEI Matepad with a minimum spending of $1,000 USD (PHP 48,000).

2. Campaign Period:

21st Dec 2020, 00:00h (UTC+8) to 10th Jan 2020, 23:59h (UTC+8)

3. Campaign Mechanics:

Activity 01: Earn and accumulate points to unlock zones

(i.) Huawei ID users registered in Philippines can participate in this campaign by making AppGallery Downloads and HUAWEI IAP during the Campaign Period.

(ii.) Eligible users will be entitled to 10 points for each AppGallery Downloads (maximum of 50 points earned daily) and 50 points for each HUAWEI IAP transaction (no limit on points earned).

(iii.) The AppGallery Downloads and HUAWEI IAP apply only to apps featured in the campaign under “Featured Apps”. Apps have to be downloaded from HUAWEI AppGallery and HUAWEI IAP transactions apply only purchases made with HUAWEI In-App Purchases.

(iv.) Eligible users who have accumulated the below points are entitled to claim the following, while stocks last:

 100 points = $1 USD (PHP 48) discount HUAWEI coupon

 500 points = $2 USD (PHP 96) discount HUAWEI coupon

 3000 points = $3 USD (PHP 144) discount HUAWEI coupon

(v.) Eligible users can also claim a free $1 USD (PHP 48) discount HUAWEI coupon on Christmas Day 25th Dec 2020 and New Year Day 1st Jan 2021, while stocks last.

Activity 02: Exchange points for in-app items, discount coupons or physical prizes

(i.) Eligible users can exchange their accumulated points for in-app items, discount coupons or physical prizes at the Prize Redemption Store, and their “total points available” will be deducted after each successful redemption of their selected prize.

(ii.) All in-app items, discount coupons and physical prizes are available while stocks last. Please refer to the list below:

Activity 03: Receive the grand prize

(i.) Top 3 Spenders who have spent a minimum of $1,000 USD (PHP 48,000) through HUAWEI IAP (accumulated throughout the Campaign Period) will be the Grand Prize winner to receive a HUAWEI MatePad.

(ii.) Top 3 users in Philippines will be contacted by HUAWEI Mobile Services team via email to collect their prize 7-14 working days after the conclusion of the campaign.

All existing users who are enjoying our rebates during this period will not be eligible for this prize

In the event of a tie, the winner would be chosen based on who achieved the IAP requirement first based on system time stamp.

4. Prize Claiming

HUAWEI coupons

(i.) $1 USD HUAWEI coupon is equivalent to $1 USD (PHP 48) in local currency. HUAWEI coupons can be used to offset the Huawei In-App-Purchases transactions.

(ii.) Eligible users must claim and use the HUAWEI coupons earned under this campaign within the Campaign Period, and thereafter any unclaimed or unused HUAWEI coupons will be forfeited.

(iii.) Follow the steps below to claim the HUAWEI coupons:

Step 1: Click on the "Redeem" button

Step 2: Go to HUAWEI AppGallery => click "Me" => click "Rewards"

Step 3: View redeemed voucher/coupon in "Gifts" and "Coupons" tab

*Points will be deducted when user successfully redeemed the voucher/coupon

Physical prizes

Follow the steps below to redeem physical prizes:

Step 1: Click on the prize "Redeem" button

Step 2: Screenshot the pop-up "You have successfully redeemed your prize"

Step 3: Email your (1) Full name, (2) Huawei ID and (3) the screenshot to hmsph@huawei.com

Step 4: Huawei Services team will contact user via email within 7 - 14 working days for collection of prize

*Points will be deducted when user successfully redeemed the voucher/coupon

All prizes are not transferable, not assignable and not redeemable for cash.

All in-kind prizes are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis. Huawei Services HK reserves the right to substitute any Prizes with prizes of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.

All existing users who are enjoying our rebates during this period will only be eligible to redeem 1 physical prize each.

All winners shall accept Prizes as they are. All in-kind prize(s) are Huawei standard products, and shall entitled to standard warranty services. Huawei Services HK makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prizes in this Campaign.

5. General:

• By participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Huawei Services HK’s decisions are the final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Huawei Services HK reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

• The participant agrees and provides consent to Huawei Services HK to the use of any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 90 days after the Campaign.

• Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

• Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Philippines only.

• Employees of Huawei Services HK or Huawei group, their immediate families, Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

• Winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of Huawei Services HK.

• Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by Huawei Services HK.

• This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Huawei Services HK reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be updated on this same document. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall Huawei Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the Campaign.
