6-      Where is this promotion running?

This campaign is only running in Egypt. Make sure your HUAWEI ID account is registered in Egypt and that your device region/location is in Egypt or you will not be eligible for the cashback.

 

7-      How do I participate?

·         After successfully paying in Mico app through the promotional landing page, you will have a chance to get up to 15% cashback as HUAWEI Points from 50 transactions.

·         If you are among the top 3 spenders, you will get 500 HAUWEI Points.

 

8-      How many times I can get 15% cashback?

Your first 50 transactions are eligible to receive up to 15% cashback. Any more transactions after the first 50 transactions will not be eligible.

 

9-       When will you announce the winners?

You will instantly get up to 15% cashback as HUAWEI Points on your first 50 transactions throughout the promotional period.

 

10-   What if I don’t get my cashback?

l  Only applicable for AppGallery users whose IDs are registered in Egypt.

l  Only applicable for users whose bank account issuing country is compatible with the promotion’s country: Egypt.

l  Only applicable for users whose mobile numbers Payment Country is compatible with the campaign’s specified country-Egypt.

l  Multiple HUAWEI IDs on one device or changing your IP might prevent you from enjoying our promotions and offers.

l  Only applicable for 50 transactions throughout the campaign.

l  Only applicable for purchases that are done via bank cards payment (i.e. debit and credit cards).

l  Bonus amount you receive is based on the amount you spend in one transaction.

l  Any purchase done using HUAWEI Points will not qualify for this promotion.

11-   I can’t seem to find the promotions or offers people are talking about, WHY?

Make sure that your device has HMS Core 4.0.4 or higher in order to participate and enjoy our promotions.

 

12-   How many times can I avail the offer?

Only one device with one Huawei ID can participate in the campaign and no more than a total of 50 transactions. Multiple HUAWEI IDs on one device will prevent you from enjoying our promotions and offers.

 

13-   I’ve contacted support team via email but I haven’t received any answer is that normal?

Yes, if you communicate with our team via e-mail, your e-mail will be reviewed and answered, but this may take some time (within 48 hours) due to, please wait we will reply to your email soon

 

14-   Do my HUAWEI Points expire? How can I know when they will expire?

Yes HUAWEI Points have a validity period and expiry time; check your Huawei Wallet for details.

You must claim your cashback HUAWEI Points to your account within 5 days maximum otherwise it will expire.

 

15-   I’ve purchased from the game using AppGallery and the points/money got deducted I but haven’t received my package inside the game?

In case of deducting the amount or points from your account while not receiving the package inside the game or application, please contact the game or application developer as they are the responsible party, not AppGallery.

 

16-   Can I refund, dispute or reclaim my payments?

Any successful payment will not be disputed, refunded nor reclaimed.

 

17-   If there is any update on the promotion, can I find out?
